Privacy policy

EAC Services Group (ABN 93 683 132 756) is an electrical, air conditioning and solar business in Hillcrest, Queensland. The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the quote form. It is used to call you back about your job and for nothing else. It is never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

When you send the form: your name, your mobile number, your suburb, what you need done, and anything else you choose to write.

When you browse: anonymous usage statistics (which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, device type, how fast pages load) through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Neither uses cookies and neither identifies you.

Nothing else. No tracking cookies, no advertising profiles.

To call you back, quote the job, and if you go ahead, to do the work. Usage statistics tell us which pages are useful.

The form sends what you type to this site's own server function on Vercel, which stores nothing. It emails your enquiry to the business inbox on Microsoft 365 and sends a short notification to the owner's phone through Telegram. The email is delivered by Resend, a transactional email service. Those providers process the data only to deliver it; their own privacy policies apply to their systems.

Resend keeps a copy of each email it delivers in its sending logs. Telegram holds the notification in the chat it was sent to.

Vercel, Resend and Telegram are based overseas, principally in the United States, and may process or store data in other countries. Sending the form means your name, mobile number, suburb and message are disclosed to those recipients so the enquiry can reach us. Google Workspace, which holds the inbox, likewise stores data outside Australia.

Enquiries stay in the business inbox for as long as needed to deal with your job and any work that follows, and are deleted on request. Email admin@eacservicesgroup.com.au and we will delete your enquiry and anything we hold about you, unless we are required to keep a record such as an invoice or an electrical certificate of compliance.

If you think we have handled your information badly, email admin@eacservicesgroup.com.au first and we will sort it out directly. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If the tools we use change, this page changes with them. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
