Are you licensed?
Yes. We hold Queensland electrical contractor licence 1502229, ARCtick licence and SAA accreditation. The contractor licence number is in the footer of every page.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Hillcrest and cover all of Logan, Brisbane south and north, the Gold Coast, Ipswich, the Redlands, and the Scenic Rim and Beaudesert. Outside those areas, give us a call. If we can get to you, we will.
How quickly can you come out?
We reply to enquiries the same day. After-hours call-outs are available for electrical faults only.
Do you do after-hours or emergency call-outs?
For electrical faults, yes. Air conditioning and solar work is done in normal hours, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Do you handle the solar and battery rebates?
Yes. We handle the rebate paperwork for solar and battery customers.
Which air conditioning brands do you install?
We install Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, Panasonic, ActronAir, Rinnai, Haier, Samsung, LG, TCL and Comfee.
Will I need a switchboard upgrade for a new air conditioner, EV charger or battery?
It depends on the existing switchboard and the work being added. We handle switchboard upgrades and repairs, safety switches and fault finding. Ask about the switchboard when you get a quote.
